NOTE: Our condo is accessible via a ramp that is at the other end of the parking lot. Guests generally use this to avoid the other access that requires steps. Please be informed that the HOA rules prohibit the use of the fireplaces by renters. Thus, the fireplace at the property is locked down for this reason.
