The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could need for a stay in Batumi. There was even a beach sun umbrella in the wardrobe. Plenty of space and the apartment always seemed cool even without turning on the aircon. Evgeny, the owner was very friendly and helpful. He allowed me to check in early and briefly showed me around the apartment. There is a lovely sea view from the balcony and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. It’s in a quieter part of the city, but evening is only a taxi ride away. I would highly recommend staying here.
