Perfecte locatie als je veel wil ondernemen in het noorden is dit een fijne locatie.
Was soms erg benauwd. De ventilatoren waren erg fijn ondanks de benauwdheid. Met namen de de douche ruimte leek een sauna. De locatie was in onze beleving net te ver van het centrum.

The staff was exceptional. The apartment was clean but there is no AC. But there are two fans that help alot so it was no issue. The view from the balcony is towards the mountains and mount Teide greets you every morning. There is a gym and a pool. Also there is a parking spot in the garage. I recommend to have a car especially if people have difficulty walking. There is only 15-20 min walk downtown and to the beaches. It only costs around 5-6 euros to take a taxi if needed. Location is overall good. We went for long walks and I could go hiking from the apartment. Also a short drive to the supermarket and to the freeway if you want to explore the island. Ingrid helped us alot and gave us recommendations regarding shops and hikes, interesting places to see and Caroline welcomed us on arrival and showed us everything regarding the facilities.
So nothing but positive experience and I can highly recommend this place for a relaxing enjoyable holiday in a really beautiful area with lots of things to do and explore.
Keep in mind there is an descend to the beaches and a good exercise for people if you walk alot. Some would find this location a bit far from the main tourist attractions but for us that was exactly what we needed

- Très belle appartement moderne.
- Quartier calme et paisible.
- Bien équipée.
- Magnifique vue sur le Teide !
- Grande piscine et il nous donne des linges à utiliser specifiquement pour ça.
- Déchèterie à disposition sur la rue d’à côté.
- Parking intérieur privé est impeccable.
- Très bon accueil de la part de Cristopher, qui nous a donné toutes les explications nécessaires. Ingrid a également été très disponible par message et reste à notre disposition pour répondre à toutes nos questions.
Ventilation mais pas de climatisation.

La atención de los anfitriones fue muy buena en todo momento,incluso me facilitaron una guia de puntos de interes y lugares donde comer.
El apartamento está totalmente equipado y es muy cómodo. La terraza es un sueño y se ve el Teide.
Nosotros estuvimos 5 noches y eché en falta tener algún producto de limpieza para los baños ,el suelo y otro juego de toallas.
Podría haber ido a comprarlos pero hacer compra de este tipo de productos no debería ser necesario, también depende de la higiene que quiera tener cada uno.
