Plenty of room
Little too far to walk to shops and beach with toddler but reasonably close

Every thing was excellent.
Excellent to stay with kids.

The home was spacious and clean and neat. Everyone was super comfortable and happy with the place
Although very clean, the house was just a bit dusty on a lot of surfaces. There were also a lot of spiders hanging around. The front door could also use a bit of covering because you can see very clearly from the outside

Large open family areas
Evaporative cooling in all back bedrooms did not work.
Refrigerator struggled to keep items cold.
Owner entered the property without notice to mow lawns.
Kitchen appliances (toaster/kettle) very dirty and sticky.
