Fantastic location. Clean with good facilities.
No air conditioning

The location is excellent. However, if you want peace and quiet, this is not the place. There are numerous bars next to the apartment and the neighbors were pretty noisy but this didn't bother me. There is no car traffic on the street, so this really is a nice aspect.
I know this is a budget rental, but the old dirty carpets are pretty bad and really bring down the general vibe and look of the place. My key wasn't in the keybox, but luckily there was a guy on location that helped me and gave me the key personally, so the situation was quickly solved.

Quite noisy on cleaners level and they came and went to my bathroom using the washer.
