The animal visits were spectacular! At one stage we had Wildebeest, Bush Buck, Zebra's and Vlakvarkies all at once. The house is a great size and is very well equipped with everything you need.

The pool was not heated. It was ice cold- We turned on the pump only to see the heating system isn't even connected. The pipe is literally hanging from the roof which almost hit a kudu when it bumped into the loose pump. I almost fell through the deck on the first night as the planks are loose. It is extremely dangerous with a lot of nails sticking out when stepped on. This was not good as I had a toddler who wanted to swim as well as play outside. The entrance gate was broken from arrival and not usable/Wonky. We were completely shocked and surprised by prepaid electricity. No where on bookings.com does it say anything about prepaid electricity. We got 104 units for 10 days and we're supposed to be 4 adults and a child. Thankfully we were 3 adults as 1 couldn't make it but we barely used any aircons due to constantly worrying about running out of electricity. For the price of the property it is absolutely unacceptable to still expect people to pay electricity as well. Why advertise aircons, heated pools etc if you can't use it as you wish due to electricity being expected to be paid for yourself? I am extremely upset about that. It was not disclosed prior.

The house was perfect and also the location, there were so many animals that visited!
