The location was absolutely amazing, and the comfort level was excellent as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
The hotel is good, and we had a comfortable stay. However, we needed to extend our checkout time, and the additional charge was quite high. We had extended our stay during our earlier visit as well, but the charges were much more reasonable at that time. It would be great if the hotel could offer more reasonable rates for late check-outs.
As this was our third stay, we expected a little more support, especially with the late checkout. The additional charges were quite high compared to our previous stay.

It was pretty clean. Some of the staff members were helpful and some were not.
They assigned us a room in which the fan was making too much noise, when we asked them to either get that repaired or change our room, they said they do not have any other room available, and we have to adjust. We had an argument and eventually they gave us a different room. In this room, the fan was working at the same speed on 1-2-3-4 (very slow) and at 5, it was like a burst (very high speed).
