We had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit. The home was absolutely immaculate—one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was well-maintained, comfortable, and exactly as described.The host was exceptional with communication, responding quickly to any questions and making the entire process seamless from booking through checkout. It’s clear they take great pride in providing a fantastic guest experience.We would not hesitate to stay here again (and will with the amount of time we come down here for lacrosse) and highly recommend this home to future guests!

This home is absolutely stunning. Every detail felt thoughtful and personal—more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in a typical beach rental.It could have been designed to maximize it as a rental. There’s plenty of room for triple-decker bunk beds you’d find in some properties. But it doesn’t do that. Instead, each room is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished — designed to be perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The 4th-level hot tub was a favorite, surrounded by cozy seating and a fire pit table. Every deck has inviting furniture for morning coffee or evening drinks.The elevator was a game changer—not just for my mom in her 70s, but for luggage and groceries too. What really stood out was our host, Emily. She wasn’t just responsive and accommodating, she was proactive. The house was stocked with thoughtful extras, including drinks, a handwritten note, and a detailed binder of local recommendations. When I couldn’t find something in the house, she overnighted one via Amazon. I won’t say what it was — I don’t want to set unrealistic expectations for future guests — but it was just the perfect example of how above and beyond this experience was. During our July 4th stay, the beach near the house had a surprising number of horseshoe crabs. We knew it might happen, and simply biked or drove a short way down the shore to clearer spots. It worked out great for us. We’re so grateful for a wonderful week and highly recommend Emily’s home.

This house has it all - fully stocked with literally every item you could possibly need for your stay! Extremely convenient proximity to the DE turf fields with a spacious layout to relax post game. The house is impeccably designed and equipped with countless amenities. Skip the hotel and book here for your next tournament weekend, you won’t regret it!
