Lovely family, home away from home! Very clean rooms. Wonderful location to explore the quaint area of Fort Kochi

It is a lovely, well-run place. It looks gorgeous and Charlotte is very caring and forthcoming.
there was no shower-curtain or -cabin

Very knowledgeable hosts who provided a map and history of the local area. They provided great tourist advice/recommendations on where to shop and where to visit. Clean rooms, great facilities and fantastic location. Also helped arrange transport from the airport.
Beds are quite firm - I don't mind, but this can be a problem for those not used to it.
Really no complaints though.

Great location, the rooms got turned down well.
We requested a ground floor room due to mother’s incapacity to handle stairs, however to access the dining hall she had to negotiate 32 steps twisting up in direction and this was a struggle for her. Meals weren’t available for room service or any ground floor service areas.
Daughter of the family quite rude and unsympathetic to a number of our concerns. Some of the facilities in the room not working eg TV and some electrical sockets, as well as daily construction noise next to our rooms.

"In centro a Fort Kochi in una strada tranquilla, vicino a tutto, in un grande giardino tropicale molto curato. Camere pulitissime e spaziose. Host gentilissimo, grande supporto per tutto."
