Love the design of the resort and the restaurants and food

I think they should turn this into a adults only resort then it would better or have an adults only side. They didn’t have a ice cream place and no jacuzzi

The buffet food presentation was not the greatest

I liked that my Room was close by the pool area for my kids and there was the Sam lords grill and bar there.

Checkin time is at 4pm got my room after 6pm but guest that arrive after my family did got their rooms asap… And when inquired about it was rudely turned away with “we’re dealing with customer and you have to wait” The staff were horrible and not welcoming at concierge and the restaurant staff but as soon as you tip them at the restaurant the service becomes incredible . The opening hours of the restaurants as specified on the hotel’s website aren’t true and they don’t put out a schedule to know what’s happening. Making a reservation for dinner is a Science and when they do take a reservation it’s because they get it wrong. The Mediterranean restaurant serves the same food everyday, and everyday the day same food tastes different. Some days the food isn’t fully cooked yes we got raw chicken and raw shrimp. When I finally got my room , the Ac wasn’t working and the room smelt like cigarettes smoke. I got locked out of my room three times because they have my check out date wrong and kept locking me out of the room.
