Reception staff were polite and professional . Gave us the required information that we requested like delivery services that we get in major cities. Unfortunately, in this area, the only delivery service available was from Spar Supermarket.
Some of the lights weren't working, maintenance did show up but we told them to fix when we depart.
For the unit they should have done a full check of the unit before guest arrives but the minor issues, was not a deal breaker.

Clean,spacious with beautiful views.
Dock for boat rides to Riverside across the river.
Beautiful friendly stray cats.
Free pass to Wild coast sun.
Nothing.

Facilities, spacious, comfortable beds.
Mold on the dresser stool. My sister's asthma acted up due to this.

Location is superb. The house is great. We were 5 adults and we never felt crowded. Really enjoyed our stay and we will be back.
Aircon in the main room isn’t working. And there could be more cutlery and crockery available.
