Comfortable, well-equipped, even some basic essentials available for cooking, coffee for machine, tea bags. Over the road from the Chateau (where we attended a function), and from the yacht basin, as well as the open beach. Easy parking outside and across the road. Secure with shutters, air conditioning, balcony with sea and yacht basin view, and quiet overnight.
Nothing.

Entry information was very confusing and no one on the end of the phone
No toaster in room and needs a lick of paint
