L'appartement est spacieux et bien agencé. La terrasse est agréable et l'accès aux bassins appréciable, surtout cet été. De la place pour se garer au parking (2 places) et des superettes à proximité. A 15 min de l'aéroport del Sur, d'accès simple, parfait pour les amateurs de golf.
La zone Amarilla Golf est au Sud et donc un peu isolée, à 20 min du giga pôle touristique de Adeje et 1 heure du Nord Ouest de l'île plus vert, mais les routes sont neuves et nombreuses.
De nombreux avions survolent la zone aux heures de pointe.
L'appartement mériterait d'être équipé avec de l'électroménager plus récent (cafetière & micro-onde modernes ...), les photos sur le site mériteraient aussi une mise à jour, les bassins de piscine perdent leurs carreaux en quantité malgré un entretien irréprochable des parties communes.

Het was een fijn apartement met 2 kinderen. Drie ruime slaapkamers, fijne woonkamer en balkon.
Van de 2 badkamers werkte 1 douche niet, kwam nauwelijks water uit.

Very cosy and modern apartment with comfortable beds, clean rooms and all you need in kitchen. Pools view from balcony, where you can also relax on hammock. Quite neighbourhood.
Close distance to yacht club and promenade with bars nad restaurants where you can find food and drinks all in max 5min walk. Around 15min walk you can find local grocery shop and pharmacy. Same distance to local bus stop, where you can change location in 30min and explore region and different town. You can also use local bus to get to and from airport.
Overall all very satisfied short stay. Highly recommend. Super easy contact with Host.
