Excellent location in Vieaux Lyon. Minutes from/near Vieaux Lyon metro stop. Walking distance to major sights (if you like walking).

I read the reviews before booking. So I was aware that the location is up a hill and the stairs to the flat are steep. I am pretty flexible but even I was surprised at how steep and narrow the 2 flights of stairs to the apartment are. Otherwise, my travel buddy and I appreciated the flat's location. It was a place to shower, rest and sleep. It served that purpose well. P.S. The second bed is a cubby hole. It was not made when we arrived. My travel buddy slept on the bed in the bedroom. I slept on the couch in the living room (salon), using my sleeping bag (brought to use on another segment of my trip).
