Flat is spacious with enough seating, surfaces, 2 bathrooms, etc. Beds are king size and comfortable enough. Fairly quiet area too. Access to convention centre was convenient, city centre a bit long (paid 30€ for taxi from Brussels Midi)
Access codes are not provided until checking in on arrival (through whatsapp number, the building doesn't look manned), which was not reassuring as we arrived at 11PM. It was fine from there but a bit stressful.
Place was far from spotless, with several dusty areas, a couple of wobbly chairs and the kitchen could be a bit better equipped (a few more glasses for example). The blinds in the bedrooms are not really suitable as they leave a lot of light go through.
