Die Lage ist spitze!
Apartments sind schön und sauber.
Netter Balkon.
Gute Ausstattung.
Preis-Leistung ist grundsätzlich gut.
Sehr mühsames Online Check-in. Die Helpline hilft kaum weiter.
Es gibt kleinliche Regeln - z.B darf explizit nichts auf dem Wäscheständer draussen auf dem Balkon aufgestellt werden.
Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht ausschalten.

The property was clean., easily accessible
I didn’t like the shower as it kept flooding and was very inconvenient as we had to make sure we didn’t slip which was quite dangerous, the staff in the hotel was a bit cold towards us and didn’t seem very welcoming.

The location was great, close to the train and metro station. Staff were great and attentive.
The water heater was leaking into the bathroom floor so I had to use a kitchen bowl to collect the water. There was no water pressure in the shower and nowhere to place shower products other than the shower floor. The drain cover wouldn’t stay in place so it was uncomfortable when taking a shower because we kept stepping onto it. The bedding had a few dirt stains.
