If you plan for a cruise take the ambassador signature cruise. It’s the best you can have ! Best rooms; food; warm welcoming staffs . The full trip is well organised from arranging cabs to taking for excursions , dinner arrangements, and drop offs .. we had a nice time . Thank you team

Food was great, party and band was amazing.
Bed was super comfy.
That the boat is not really cruising, it comes from harbour and stays at the same place. You are forced to wake up early and go on another boat that does day tours, so you actually spe d half a day on another boat and on that boat you have to pay for drinks even thought they told you your cruise is unlimited drinks.
Also I can't rate Signature boat, because even we booked it, we had to be tranferred to Ha Long Bay Ambassador cruise. They did upgrade our room, but still I had to negotiate with them to be refunded partially because this was not our ship or route that we booked, so a bit annoying.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and responsive. The bed was very comfortable, and the team was informative and attentive to all our needs. We appreciated the high safety standards, the thoughtful welcome with rose petals and fresh tea, and the enjoyable live night show. The food was delicious, and overall service was warm and efficient.
The onboard activities felt short and limited relative to the length of the cruise. The bay water was not clean enough for swimming, and the visit to the fishing village was underwhelming, with little to see beyond a fish pedicure setup that did not appear hygienic.
