Location. The privacy of the garden. Spacious. Good cooking facilities and plenty of cooking appliances. Always plenty of hot water and good size bathrooms.
The aircon was only in the bedrooms. Smell of damp in the basement.

Lovely spacious house with a beautiful terrace within the city walls. Good communucation with agent and met at the property at check in which was nicer than just been given the code for a key box.
There wasn't anything that we didnt like.
