Ambience, greenery & staff
They charged water bottle and coke at double of the rate which as per court is not allowed . We argued with them but of no use . We took three rooms out of which 2 were bad , on our followup they just changed one room

Good location for a quite stay.
One has to waste a lot of water before the warm water runs through he tap. Something needs to be done urgently . We can afford to waste so much of water even if we pay for the same. Particularly in winters and monsoon the guests would need warm water. Also after a swim.
If I visit the property again I would look and appreciate if these changes are done.

Staffs were really nice .

Location was nice and the staff was very helpful. Food in the restaurant was also nice.
Facilities were lacking. Except for the small swimming pool, there are no indoor games or play rooms as mentioned on your website. This should be updated immediately as it gives a very wrong information to clients
