Great location. I did not have a vehicle for this 4 day trip in which I needed to do research at Duke. Whole foods was walkable to stock the kitchen, and it was easy to get around using the University Bus

Location, quiet neighborhood , clean space.
The mattress needs to be replaced.

A very compact but spacious unit for a solo traveler. Clean, well equipped and a very prompt response from owners for any queries
Access to the property wall after sun set is difficult. There is a narrow by-lane in the pack that is not well lit or identified and there is no clear sign to identify the house. I experienced this issue and would suggest putting some motion sensor light or display the house number clearly

Good location, good exterior lighting, onsite parking, very clean, onsite laundry
Underfurnished, functional but not homey or comfortable, strong smell of cleaner in hallway, dirty carpets in hallway; arrival day communication from hosts not received in morning as expected, confusion between access code and Booking code made entrance awkward
