Stayed to attend a wedding and reception so the location was perfect for us .

It was very clean, well-stocked, and safe. Comfortable beds. Owner was responsive to any questions.
The shower in the ensuite bath was small. The 2nd bedroom was down about 5 steps, which could be a concern if steps to and from the bathroom at night are an issue for you. Overall, it was a bit far from many of the standard tourist attractions of the city, which made it challenging getting to and from them, but we enjoyed the Chelsea neighborhood feel.

Fabulous location and adorable flat. Well appointed and very comfortable for a few friends exploring Chelsea and attending English Gardening School literally around the corner.
Walking up to 4th floor was fine for us but might not be for some others.

Very clean and well presented.
It didn’t bother us, as we were driving, but it’s not very near a Tube station.
