It's my home away from home.
Shop right downstairs and food deliveries are easy to explain where to deliver to
Location is central to where I need to travel while in the area
Always easy to contact the landlord who is friendly and kind
Nothing, it's really great

No breakfast. Locatioin was good for my purposes.
Situated above a corner store. Good for buying milk on arrival, but not great that you could hear the door alert ring everytime someone entered and left the shop.
