Terrible customer service, I asked if I can please have a refund because it snowed out of the blue and cp24 said it was dangerous to drive in and they still denied me a refund and I was left paying for a night I never stayed in.

Price is for room only No amenities in the room 2 piece bath on main floor, no shower or access to bathe upstairs Watched tv on the main floor unknowingly and was advised the price is for the room only and asked to return to room 7pm host said he was going to bed and had to be up in the morning for work so we needed to be quiet Super clean! Parking good
