Convenient having a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.
Ridiculously small, and too much furniture given the limited space. The clothes rail which was known to be broken, was not removed from the room prior to my arrival.

The location was fantastic. It was a 10-15 minute walk from Ebisu and Hiro-o station, but I personally really enjoyed the walk.
The property has everything you need, a fridge, microwave, cooktop, washing machine / dry room.
It was a tad bit unclean - but it was honestly more a sign of the house being well-used and loved by previous occupants. There was nothing actually uncleanly or hazardous, just marks on the walls and carpets.
