It was new, reasonably spacious.

The linens were low quality and only a single bottom sheet was provided in both bedrooms.There was no duvet cover either which I don’t think is hygienic longer term for other guests. The garden wasn’t well maintained.

This holiday home is a conveniently located granny flat which is close to the water and beaches. Great location if staying for leisure Pros: - free on street parking - Coles at the end of the road - very clean - toiletries and towels included - comfortable beds - contact person is on the same property so quick and easy for any enquiries (e.g. had no kitchen scissors but host brought some over quickly) - good WIFI 50mbps, TV with Netflix account available - milk and cookies left as a welcome present - two toilets! and good water pressure in the shower - washing machine powder present which was very useful

Some minor teething issues as this is a new accommodation which I anticipate can be solved very easily. We were travelling for work and working night shift so these may not be an issue for families holidaying etc. Cons: - blackout blinds came unglued in one of the bedrooms - only one set of keys - no AC in bedrooms which meant the rooms were quite warm whilst we were trying to sleep during the day between shifts - but the living room AC works very well and we left bedroom doors open which did the trick - single ply toilet roll - missing some kitchen basics such as kitchen knives, oven gloves etc. I have messaged the host a list of basics that I would recommend, and I expect that this would not be an issue in future :)
