床很好睡，房間很安靜，白天服務人員很友善，重點是這性價比太高，優點打趴一堆台灣旅館

需要從地鐵站提行李走一小段路，旁邊的環境比較夜生活一點

Clean large rooms, with a large bathroom.

No one on the reception desk speaks English, so makes things a little difficult.

Excellent service, front desk service was 24h so we could approach staff for help at anytime. Though the staff were not very good in English but they always try their best to help us. Didn't expect to not be able to use universal travel adaptor due to short circuit risk concerns but front desk staff were very kind to loan us the appropriate adapters. Room and showers were spacious and clean, it was an excellent stay. Would stay here again the next time we visit Busan

The location was within 10 min walk to Seomyeon station which has 2 main subway lines which is connected to the airport ( with a transfer) and the main bus stations. Room itself was good, with a tub that you could soak in. There is free coffee in the lobby, but you have to wait for the machine to spit out the coffee and each time it only gives you around half a small paper cup. Refillable water and microwave also available in the lobby

You have to request for room cleaning. I requested 3 times over my week long stay. First 2 x was relatively ok. On my last request ( on a Monday), after the Chuseok public holiday, i said I would be back around 3pm ( cos i had to leave for the airport early the next day and had to pack), but was told to be back at 6pm. I was back at 5pm tired after walking the whole day but the room was still not cleaned and had to wait till 5.50pm before the cleaning team arrived. I asked the team to change the comforter cover, ( it has turned slightly brown and they had flipped it over to the inside the earlier times) but the girls said " no need to change still clean". I also noticed they did not was the bathroom ( saw my hair remaining on the floor) or the bathtub ( scum line remained after 1st room cleaning). Overall good place but recommend not staying more than 3-4 days. (cos of the cleaning problems)
