Comfortable, kettle and fridge and a desk are in the room. Be aware it's a very quiet location. There are two restaurants close by. One closed Tuesday, one closed Sunday and Monday. Stock up at a 7-11 for milk and things if you have no transport. There is a tiny minimart close by for bottled water and soft drinks.

The property is located right next to the Marina, which was ideal as I was going on a boat the next day. The owner is very nice and helpful providing useful recommendations.
