Very clean and comfortable. Very accessible to beaches bars and restaurants. Perfect location. Cozy. Nice view from one of the windows. Well equipped.
No lift so if your not fit a bit challenging. Top stair rail a bit low felt a bit vulnerable.

The apartment is lovely and modern inside and immaculately clean. Everything you need is to side the property and it has 2 doors to get in so makes it safer once you’re in. The landlord has been very good with responding to messages and was helpful
The area on a night was VERY loud. We had foreign men ringing the doorbell in the night and my partner got mugged at knife point and had her phone taken off her and ended up with broken ribs and a cut across her stomach. My little girls almost got took by a Spanish couple in the yellow submarine pub near to the apartment as the lovely staff had to close the pub down and call police.
