The location felt safe and was conveniently situated close to key areas and services. The view from balcony is superb!

The parking area is always full, so you have to drive around and look for any available space outside the building to park your car. • The apartment requires urgent maintenance and should not be rented out in its current condition. There is a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, in addition to a drainage issue. • The living room sofas are worn out and cracked, making them unusable. • The master bedroom does not have an air conditioning unit—only a ceiling fan—which is completely inappropriate, especially in warm weather. • The apartment owner must carry out repairs and renovations as soon as possible. Continuing to rent the apartment in this state will damage the reputation of this otherwise beautiful place. We did not receive the access card for the swimming pool until four days after our arrival. As a result, we missed several days of enjoying the pool, despite repeatedly requesting it from the host.
