Clean good location and communication.
Small bedroom but good size living area and kitchen
5th floor and broken lift on arrival but fixed next day. We received help carrying up our luggage. Only given one set of keys which made it difficult for a few days where we had separate commitments. Host unable to provide a second set. Very hot even with temp around 28C. Only a couple small fans. No AC
AC.
