Very well located and very nice building and apartment. It was really comfortable!
They did not specify before the reservation that a deposit had to be paid. It surprised me after I paid for the reservation. Especially since the price of the deposit was too high for my taste (£500) for just £300 of reservation. Normally, the deposit should not be higher than the price itself.

Cleanliness, the property was superbly clean.
Location, it was in their perfect location for Wembley, close to both the stadium and the underground.
There were a few issues with the amenities of wear and tear that should have been seen to before I arrived. Also the sheets did not fit the bed so they kept riding up every night which made for rather uncomfortable nights.
