This place was great and I'd stay there again, and probably will when I return to the Philippines. My only negatives are the A/C units are only in the bedrooms. There is no A/C in the downstairs portion of the house. The other negative is that there are a pack of dogs in the neighborhood that get really loud as they fight at night; woke me up a couple of nights around 2 - 3 am. It wasn't every night but it was pretty common. The house rule disallow parties. My Filipino wife wanted to have a secluded family gathering/party, to get away from all the uninvited people where her mother lives, but the house rules disallow that. I don't think we would have been too loud. Regardless of these things I didn't like, I really enjoyed the house and will stay there again.

* Unit is new, as we were the first occupants, and place is clean and spacious * Location is less than 10 min. from the airport but kind of remote * The host is nice to talk to and responds to issues quickly

* Very low water pressure in the 3 bathrooms when we arrived in the evening and unable to freshen up * Poor/faulty air conditioning in the master bedroom and middle room * Faulty faucet in the kitchen, some connection faults, causing flooding in the kitchen floor on our last night's stay * No WiFi info provided when we checked in, we had to ask for it the next day * During checkout, the host came to the unit and stayed on and waited until we vacated the place
