Overall the hosts were very attentive and the property was largely as expected based on the listing. My only consideration was that the outdoor lighting on the deck and fireplace areas was not working. The host did attempt to troubleshoot, but unable to correct. The BBQ was a bit undersized and outdated for household cooking and was not filled with propane. This delayed one of our planned outdoor cooking meals by a day while waiting for the host to refill the propane tank. Overall, the location was great...out of the bustle of the town tourists and close enough to town to get in within 5-minutes max. I would highly recommend this location. We enjoyed the hot tub thoroughly. For our honeymoon location to celebrate we loved calling this a location we love.

It is not a dog friendly house because the backyard only has a wood deck and concrete patio. The house is close to the beach and there are 2 parks in the neighborhood. We saw 2-4 friendly deers walking the streets daily.
