Kingfisher Rest cottage was excellent, it had everything we wanted, it was comfortable, well equipped, a real home from home,. Most importantly was its position on the banks of the estuary and views across the bay, with a lovely patio that we could sit on an have our breakfast and dinners on. Even if it was too cold to sit out the views from the patio windows both up and downstairs were stunning.

A simply amazing holiday cottage. So comfortable, warm, homely and dog friendly too. Our second time here and am sure it won't be our last. A great location to get to the western lakes or southern lakes, next to the beach and very quiet.Loved the views, huge windows, large sofas and the welcome basket.Only point of feedback was that we had to clean the fridge and a number of crockery items when we arrived, so could look into this.
