Great stay and responsiveness!

Exceptional property and location. We had 6 adults and 4 children. It was ideal for us.

Great for a large group

Pros: the house is very large with space for a big family or lots of friends It is close to the beach / activities. The management company answers the phone and arrives on sight promptly and willing to help. They are pleasant to work with. Cons: the house is not well maintained. When we arrived there was a lot of deferred maintenance (ACs, broken furniture - a bed had to be re built, a new toilet seat installed, shelves fell), poorly cleaned - there was trash from previous guests, dust bunnies / dirt all over the floor.) The management company promptly sent a bunch of people to fix everything, but it disturbed our stay greatly for the entire first 24 hours). The listing says the driveway fits 4 cars - maybe if they are smart cars - otherwise you have to parallel park and only 2 fit. There are 0 supplies in the house. No soap/ broom etc. 1 towel per person, a couple of bars of soap, a bit of toilet paper and paper towel - so pack accordingly. Most rental properties we have visited have a bit more to work with during your stay. Summary: it is a big house in a good location, but I’m not sure I would recommend it.
