The house is very open and was clean. The house was just as advertised. Although we did not use the bikes, chairs or other items all the equipment was there as advertised. Nice little place to spend the week. Thank you!

House is as shown. It had brand new appliances including outside grill and it looked like the couch was new - very comfy. Pool was heated to a great temp. Kitchen had everything we needed. Had a few minor issues (TV log ins and shower door). These were resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Beds were good. Could use new towels. Location was great - hard to find a bad location on Marco. Loved having the use of bikes and plenty of beach chairs. The only thing missing for us was comfy outdoor furniture. Would have loved to have loungers or couch as we spent alot of time out on the lanai. Had questions about check out and reached out to owner a week before we left and never heard back. Would rent again.

This VRBO was super clean, spacious, and lovely pool area! We would absolutely love to stay at this place again!

Positives: Great location. Central to everything, very quiet neighborhood, perfect for biking and walks. Felt like a very safe area. Bikes available to use were nice. Kids loved the pool and it was warm when the temperatures didn’t drop too much at night. Three sliding doors slide all the way open, which was great in the evenings for eating outside, playing in the pool, and watching football on TV. Negatives: Unfortunately, a communication error between the owner and cleaners resulted in us arriving to a dirty home. Towels and sheets on the floors and nothing cleaned. We called, texted and emailed the owner immediately, but did not receive a reply for almost 3 hours. After being up since 4am to catch our flight, we ended up cleaning the entire home ourselves, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, doing all laundry etc. After not hearing back from the owner after the first hour, we felt we had no other choice but to clean ourselves. We were refunded one nights stay and the cleaning fee for our troubles. Definitely a very poor first impressive. Aside from the initial first impression, we also ran into some maintenance, cleanliness and general upkeep issues during our stay. A few of the items included the grill being totally rusted and unusable, dirt under the beds, thick coat of dust on top of the fridge, a messy garage and pool deck in need of cleaning. Overall, we were pleased with the location and neighborhood, but disappointed with the overall upkeep.
