trop près d'une route très fréquente et donc bruit dans les chambres

New apartment, well appointed. Great communication from owner. Great complimentary concierge trip planning 👍offered with our booking. Albert town is a few km from main town of Wanaka. No problem if you have a car. Great area to bike ride and hike Mt Iron. Best almond coissant I have ever had at the local patisserie 👌. Supermarket next door to the complex + bottle shop etc...

Loved it!

Location excellent with good selection of shops next to accommodation to support the visit. Property new and very nicely furnished with everything you could need with exception to a dryer although there was a pay laundry facility across from apartment. Nice little grassed area out the back to relax also with seats and table. Very quiet inside with great heating options if you need it two heat pumps and a gas fire. Kitchen facilities good, large fridge, dishwasher, reasonable selection of utensils and cookware to make own dinner.

Car parking was a real problem, the park for our building was not available for 4 of the 5 days. The booking site advised us to use another empty one however we got a tow notice so were constantly moving car. Main door lock was dis-functional very difficult to lock and remained like this most of the stay. A $250 hold was deducted from our credit account as a bond, which wasn't a problem for us but believe this should be made aware to travellers. Road noise out the back of the property could be annoying if sitting outside, but needs to be put in perspective as it was New Year period. Online support was pretty average and really just acknowledge our problems with no resolution. Again it was around New years period, but this needs to be taken into account.
