Commençons par l’établissement : les chambres sont propres, confortables et je dirais même luxueuses. Quel confort ! Tout est bien isolé et nous pouvons réellement profiter du calme de la région.
Concernant le personnel, je n’ai rien à dire : extrêmement professionnel, à l’écoute et d’une bienveillance hors pair ! Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois. Je ne peux que recommander. Une chose est sûre, nous y reviendrons !

L’accueil très gentil et serviable, un excellent repas au restaurant et le petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. La chambre était très douillette et calme. Tous les locaux étaient décorés avec goût et qualité
Il faisait un peu froid dans la chambre, même en ayant mis du chauffage (ne fonctionnait pas ?).

A real GEM hidden in the forest in beautiful Valais region. We went to the Grand Bains d'Hérémence for a relaxing Spa day (10 min drive) and finished the day at John's Lodge and it was absolutely perfect. The staff, the restaurant, the quality of the service, the amazing room was cozy, clean and super comfy. It would be difficult to make it better!
Absolutely nothing could've been done better, it was absolutely perfect, we will be back for sure in winter to also enjoy the fact that the hotel is just a few meters from the ski station. The only little thing to improve maybe, would be the AC in the bathroom; it was a bit too cold when I got out of the shower, but otherwise, there's no negative aspect to this place.
