The location was very nice - residential area, close to cafes. Ground floor apartment, so easy to carry luggage. View from window was beautiful! Clean and tidy apartment with microwave, utensils, hairdryer, iron, etc. Host Zinat was available on WhatsApp for any queries.
Bigger garbage bins would have been helpful. The washroom was a bit small, but clean with warm water.

Удобное место расположение, очень вежливая хозяйка Зинат, всегда на связи. В квартире чисто, постельное белье как в отелях, белоснежное . Все необходимое в квартире есть

Convenient location, good value for the money, great communication with the host and smooth navigation through moving-in process. Unit has an AC, washer machine and many small electronics for comfortable stay.
Shower had little issues: hot water took few minutes to come out and the drain is a bit slow.

The location is incredible, 10 minutes from a big shopping mall. Amenities are thought-through, there are two kettles (electric and gas), a washing machine, an ironing board. Very easy to get into, close to the bus stops. The host is very polite and helpful.
Everything was good.
