Apartment was large so good for a big group and as described you can walk to a beach. The hard working hosts were great and responded quickly to questions and were very helpful.
This isn’t in a tranquil area but on a very busy road, if we tried to relax in the garden we just listened to traffic and petrol fumes. Had to get Ubers into Vougliameni which is what we wanted to avoid (as with a toddler).
We also had cockroaches in two bedrooms which meant some of us struggled to sleep.
For the price - this was our most expensive accommodation in Greece - we were disappointed.

Good location close to tennis and beach.
The street is too noisy

Fantastic hosts, very flexible and generous with the check-in process.

Etc …
