The Aurora Subic Hotel Managed By HII

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel had a great breakfast and the best coffee in Subic Bay.

The property has limited facilities such as no room service or service in the pool area. There were some issues with my room but the staff were helpful in resolving these.

Excellent hotel with great location though parking is limited at the hotel perimeter and first come first served though valet and front desk and security was very attentive and accommodating. The absence of bathtubs was made up by the rooftop L-shaped pool with scenic bay view. Adequate breakfast buffet more than made up by the ala carte breakfast menu choices.

The beds are comfortable the staff are somewhat kind

The toilet sink was clogged. The toilet was only 40% clean. The whole room itself was 60% clean. You can really see that the towels are old and stained, white towel that became darkwhite. Towels are probably not properly washed. There were also stains on the pillow cases. The swimming pool has no heater so it was really freezing cold, considering it is located on an open rooftop. Almost feels like they dont want you to use the pool. Also be aware that the hotel is not close to tourist spots. So its important that you have your own car the whole time. Falls 1.5 hour away. Inflatable 10min away by car. And the public transpo is not easy access.
