Very well their reception was wow. Nice staff response at anytime of the day. i would say they all have the customer at heart which is the utmost interest of every visitor "treat me as a king". A nice place to be.
i would say the rooms should properly check before handing the key to the customer to avoid complains from the visitor.

The management was very helpful especially Mr Samuel. The owner keeps checking to make sure you are comfortable. Excellent service and the city tour under the guidance of the staff was excellent.
If you love a good tour of the city, then Oneworld guest house and events center is just the place for you! However, the location is a little out of the center of the town so you can be caught in traffic.

Clean, quiet and private. Comfy beds. The staff were courteous and professional. Really enjoyed my stay.
