Bestow Boutique Hotel

Safe for solo travelers and in a great location - within walking distance of shops, cafés, and a metro station. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The Wi-Fi was stable and reliable, which was especially important for me as I work remotely. There’s also a small library on the second floor, a rooftop pool and the pool inside, and free drinking water refills, which was very convenient.

The room was extremely small and cramped. The bed linen was very worn out and covered in pilling, which made it look really old. The mattress was also covered in stains and definitely could use replacing.

The place was very clean. The vibes were immaculate. Building was pretty and very vertical. The location is pretty good (within walking distance to Berjaya Times Square)

The bathroom was pretty small so if you're a big person like me it'll be a slight inconvenience but overall not too bad.

Loved the staff, absolutely professional manager. Pool, jacuzzi. They have suffient washrooms, sufficient places to sit and chill, good cooling systems inside the capsule and the entire room, sufficient cleaning personnel however some guest took advantage of that and left washroom facilities unpleasantly dirty. Poor cleaning staff. Absolutely great location, loved the restaurant. Also the fact that we were spoilt for dinning choices. Specific smoke zones.

No freezer, refridgeration, kitchenette or even oven stove did force guest to purchase outside daily. Guest ignored the be quite signs in the rooms, spoke on their phones loudly till late. Wooden capsules need to be repaied so that they don't skretch so loud when guest in and out. Not enough sunbeds.

The common area, jacuzzi, and rooftop pool are so lovely! I really love them. They’re simple, cozy and cute. I also really like the restaurant/cafe downstairs. The aesthetic is so nice and perfect for taking photos. I didn’t eat there though.I just hung out with my friends which was really nice

Honestly, the room feels a bit like a coffin and getting to the bed? Omg it feels so scary and risky. The air conditioner also blows directly onto your body which really isn’t comfortable. I appreciate that they provide air conditioner especially in such a small room but honestly it’s just not for me. I didn’t really sleep in the room or spend much time there.I was outside most of the time. The toilets are also really small and unfortunately some guests don’t really take care of the cleanliness. They were quite dirty and often full of toilet paper. You can also hear everything from inside the room which can be really annoying especially when other guests are talking or moving around. Thankfully, the common area, rooftop pool, and jacuzzi outside are really nice so I enjoyed spending time there instead.
