Spacious apartment. Kitchen was also a decent size. Water pressure was great. Acs we’re cooling and operating nicely. We had a cleaning service daily which was great. Very secure.

Actually apartment was fine. Building was very dirty and old looking. Had a terrible smell when you enter the building. The watchman and the staff of the building were very friendly and nice. Host could have upgraded certain parts of the apartment prior to placing it on booking.com to make it more guest friendly. There were torn curtains in one bedroom, torn cushion, , house was not well cleaned prior to us getting there, Dust on shelves, There were stained yellow sheets in one bedroom and a very strong and Horrible musty smell in the entire apartment when we entered. All cupboards had the same smell. Just really musty and disgusting. A few ceiling fans were making a horrible sound. Most importantly, host was not very open to receiving feedback. Host felt I was complaining and said this is a home not a hotel. I found that to be a poor excuse to not take the effort to make the home ready for international guests. Maybe it would have met expectations of some guests travelling within India. We asked the host to send bath mats for the bathroom as we were worried about the kids slipping. She did do that upon our request along with getting the cleaner to clean the apartment better the next day.
