Vale a pena. Recomendo.

Location is excellent, just 5 mins walk from the train station. Owner is very responsive and the guideline is very helpful. The apartment is clean and big. I was travelling with my dad and we have our own privacy, this is excellent. Kitchen has everything you need although we didn’t cook at all. There is a washing machine with laundry detergent, which is a plus.

One of the toilet did not have curtain, after shower, the toilet is wet.

The apartment is located 200 meters from Termini train station, which is very convenient if you arrive in the evening or at night. The Colosseum and the Roma Forum are also a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is huge with two modern, comfortable bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner, as does the living room. The air conditioners are excellent, a real lifesaver in the summer! There's a small utility balcony overlooking the courtyard. The apartment is on the fourth floor with an elevator. Communication with the owner was excellent, and all check-in instructions were sent in advance. We loved everything!

The area around Termini station is full of homeless people and non-Italians. But it's not a problem at all, they're just visible.
