Position for Papworth hospital visiting.
Extremely hot as top floor flat. Thank goodness for fans supplied.
Bath plug trap was completely full of hair- had to clean it out. Also Dyson vacuum cleaner was completely full - way above maximum level, so I had to empty that out - surely both the above should have been done by cleaners. Skirting boards very dusty.
Need to supply an oven glove.

Excellent location next to the home I was moving to, and the communication was outstanding when I needed to extend my stay by one more day. The decor is beautiful, and the kitchen is very well equipped with high-quality utensils and tableware.

Bright spacious apartment. All facilities available. Private, secure car park. Clear instructions for keys on arrival and departure. Beds very comfortable, and apartment spotlessly clean. Would recommend and stay again.
Lack of privacy at bedroom windows without drawing heavy curtains - which didn't fit properly either - in a property that was otherwise excellent. Large oven tray hadn't been cleaned and was very sticky. Couldn't work out how to use microwave (didn't think there was one to start with) and only found instructions on top shelf of living room unit on last morning. Minor points and the only negatives to be found.
