Lovely, spacious and clean. The double paned windows kept out an amazing amount of the noise from the street. I love having a washing machine in the apartment.

Pillows were uncomfortable. The main issue was the incredible amount of street noise but the apartment was pretty quiet considering that. We didn’t realize there was no lift in the building. That should be made more clear on the booking site. The hot tub they advertised was a jacuzzi in the bathroom, not the hot tub we imagined.

The staff is very welcoming! They stored our luggage until our room was ready, walked us to our room and gave all of the details. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location.

It didn’t bother us, but the stairs are fairly steep.

It was in a great location and the staff was amazing. Diana especially was so helpful!!

It would be helpful for the luggage if there was a lift.

This property exceeded expectations! Absolutely divine with elegant furnishings, original unique art and fantastic books. It was very comfortable, beds wonderful and kitchen well stocked for cooking. Our family of four stayed here & the location was phenomenal! You over one of the most popular panini shops in Firenze. SO close to Uffizi gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and great trattorias all around us! We walked up the Campanile & the views of the Duomo were spectacular, also the Pitti palace was extraordinary. We HIGHLY recommend this beautiful accommodation in the heart of Firenze, it is a true gem! Daniella was very helpful also.

Nothing, the property was superb!
