Amazing location, near everything needed for an amazing stay
No negatives in my opinion
7 / 10Buono·set 2026
Modern look, balcony, good beds and shower
Fast replies
Broken exhaust fan making it impossible to actually cook without filling the house with smoke
Blood dirty pillow in storage in one room
Several poorly installed outlets
Bad front door isolation
No compensation for reported issues

Incredible apartment in a great location! Walkable to anywhere in the centre and main sites. The apartment is really big and aesthetic with basically anything you need (amenidies, towels, kettle etc) and the balcony was actually a door that opened to the main courtyard of the place (shared space). Comfortable beds, spacious and the service was really good (if I had any questions, they would answer immediately).
There was no lift (but we were on the first floor and the stairs are not steep so its easy to go up and down, even with luggages). We could hear the people above us if they walked around, which could be very noisy and annoyinh at 1am. However, those are small issues. The main issue we had, which would make me not go back to the property if I'm ever in Porto again, is the bugs. They were EVERYWHERE. On the bed, on the floor, on the kitchen counter, in the shower, on the bathroom sink, on the sofa. And there were so many of them.

Location was the main highlight. The loft rooms were cosy and beds really comfortable.
The bathroom was much smaller than the website images and the fittings were broken and there were some mould issues in the shower. That made the experience less enjoyable.
Privacy should be considered with the curtains as they are transparent at night.
Basic things such as a tv remote control, an iron and drinking glasses ought to have been provided.
No view at all was disappointing- just brick walls. That should be made clearer so people can book accordingly.
