全てが良く大満足でした！
清潔感があり、館内でのアクティビティやサービスも豊富でまたリピートさせて頂きたくらい気に入りました(^ ^)

Onsen were very clean and hot. Once a day you can book private Onsen.
A word of advice : Be careful when you take the breakfast option. I don’t know why I had brunch instead of breakfast and brunch is from 11am.

Breakfast buffet was very good! The employees during the breakfast time were super friendly and helpful. The night time employees were helpful also.
Kiosk check in; and no bathroom in the rooms (only toilets).
The afternoon employees looked like they did not want to be bothered. It was awkward because the restaurant is inside this onsen hotel, and the same employees also handle the hotel part.
