The photos did not do it justice! It’s absolutely stunning! The decor, personal touches that Glen left, location, etc. just perfect. Really wish we could’ve stayed longer. I’ll recommend this cottage every single time. ❤️

9 on Windsor is a great place to stay if you appreciate close proximity to what makes Kalkbay special. It is extremely well equipped with everything you need. All of it of high quality. What we appreciated most were the "little things" The coffe pods were there, a variety of teas, even some rusks, fruit and even 2 bottles of wine. The bathroom had all the little things you needed, again, high quality. The firewood was even there - all the extras included That is rare. For me it's a big thing that there are enough coat hangers available. Again, not to be faulted. We enjoyed our stay very much. The attribute of Cottage was misleading, I was expecting a stand alone cottage, however, that's impossible in that location of Houtbay. Thank you Vee for a great stay.

The hosts were fantastic and there was such a sense of generosity with everything they did. The kitchen was beautifully equipped with everything you needed plus some. The fridge was stocked with all sorts of extra yummy things if you were self-catering. Beds were comfy and there was a TV if needed. Lovely cosy fire with plenty of wood for a cold wet weekend. Situated just 30m around the corner from Olympia Cafe and Salt . An ideal stay for a couple of nights , we will be back.

Parking is a bit dicey , the road is narrow and the parking seems to be taken up by local residents so need to park on the other side of the Main Road, only an issue if it's raining but this was definitely not a game changer.
